Council Presentation – Concurrency & LOS Update

On Tuesday, April 17th, staff and representatives from transportation consultant Fehr & Peers led a presentation for Sammamish City Council, which provided information on intersections that, based on expected growth and planned capital investments, are expected to not meet the City’s intersection level of service standard in 2024. This presentation provided staff recommendations of capital projects to be included on the City’s six-year Transportation Improvement Program to avoid deficiencies.

A copy of the presentation is linked below, along with a copy of the Council resolution specifying new LOS standards and preferred concurrency measures. A link to the official agenda is also provided, including other meeting items and related information.
